mindwarehouse is a meeting & work space located in downtown Miami. Membership is not required to use our space. We offer flexible meeting space and private office rentals by the hour or day for 1 to 10 guests. Private offices are also available for month to month lease.
Not ready to lease an office but need a business address? Many of our clients sign up for our business mail services and use our meeting room space if they need it.
No memberships are required. We can accommodate your hourly meeting room needs or we have a variety of private office options available on a month to month basis. We are in the Downtown Miami Historic District. We have 60 historic buildings in our area. Many of the buildings were built during the Florida land boom in the 1920s. Gesu Church which is located on our block was built in 1896. We are also centrally located to public transit with Metrorail and Metromover stations close by as well as trolley and bus stops. Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus is just a couple of blocks away.
We are also proud supporters of the Arts. We have hosted and sponsored a diverse array of events featuring visual and vocal arts performances including fashion, spoken word and dance. We also regularly host art exhibitions featuring both local and international artists. All of our meeting rooms feature original works of art that are regularly curated so that our spaces are always vibrant and changing.
Have we mentioned we are eco-friendly, too? When getting our space ready, we made sure to consider the environment. Over 7,000 square feet of carpeting was picked up for recycling which was replaced with a recycled content or low VOC products. Our shiny (well, really it's an eggshell finish), paint is zero VOC as well. High efficiency water fixtures help conserve water, while LED & fluorescent light fixtures help save energy.

Our office is currently open by appointment only for tours, mail pick up and meeting room reservations. Message us with any questions. Please expect replies Monday through Friday between 10am to 5pm EST.
