Parking or nearby transportation options: A couple of parking lot/garage options which are "reasonably" priced and close by include Miami Parking Authority College Station Garage and the Gesu Church parking lot which is managed by a parking company. Flat day rate is usually between $10-$15. There is also Miami Parking Authority MDC Lot 3 (across the street from Gesu Church) which charges $4/hour with PayByPhone or ParkMobile app. Special events may affect the rates which are listed. On street meter parking may be available (payment can be made via PayByPhone/ParkMobile app).We are centrally located to public transportation: Metromover First Street Station (1 block) and Metrorail Government Center Station (2 blocks), and bus and trolley routes close by. We are also in the freebee Downtown Miami service area.
