Looking for a unique and distinctive meeting space in Downtown Miami? Our professional rooms provide the perfect setting for team meetings, client presentations, and brainstorming sessions. Each space includes high-speed Wi-Fi, mobile TV monitors, and white erase boards at no extra charge. Plus, meeting hosts have the flexibility to self-cater or choose their preferred vendor for food and beverages, making it easy to create a seamless and productive experience.
Some spaces have limited access via card key, as noted in their descriptions. Meeting hosts receive an access card at the start of their reservation to manage guest entry via the elevators. On weekends, all meeting room access requires a card key for the building front doors and elevators. Weekend rates are higher and require a four-hour minimum. Suite 800 consists of a semi-private open space. Nine workshop tables and 18 chairs may be set up in any configuration preferred. Space is limited to 20 guests. Interior view. Suite 909 Suite 909 has a main area that can be set up with 24 chairs only or with 12 workshop tables with chairs. A secondary seating area has 4 cafe tables with 8 chairs. Our unique space is available for visual productions or photoshoots with a vintage office look. The space retains many historic Mimo features such a mahogany doors and panels. Furniture styles include MiMo, 60s-70s styles to contemporary. Space is limited to 20 guests. Starts from $100 per hour. 4 hour minimum. Access via card key only.
A reservation for this space includes use of open space on the floor. Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with team tables, round tables, and theater style seating options. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. Space is limited to 25 guests. Starts from $125 per hour. 4 hour minimum. Access via card key only.
