Team up or chill out: Our open layout offers flexible tables for collaboration and presentations as well as cozy nooks for smaller chats with Wi-Fi throughout.
Focus on what matters, undisturbed. Limited elevator access ensures privacy and minimal disruptions. You'll get a couple of access cards to welcome guests directly to your floor at the start of the reservation. Please just be sure they can reach you for entry.
Fuel your event your way. Enjoy the freedom to bring your own food and beverages, thanks to our open catering policy.
Please note we are only accepting reservation requests for dates which are 45 days or earlier since the space is also available for long term lease.
Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm): $125 per hour
Monday to Friday Evenings (5:30pm-8:30pm): $150 per hour
Saturdays, Sundays (8:30am-6:00pm) : $150 per hour
Maximum capacity 25 guests

Projector $25 flat fee per day per projector (2 available - open space & private training room)

Please note no food or beverages are included with a space reservation. We have an open catering policy so event hosts may order from the caterer or restaurant of their choice. A refrigerator is available to store food or drinks during a reservation as well. Lockers are available to stash your stuff (bring your own locks).
