We have a unique 2,000 square foot space is available for film productions, photoshoots, or meetings. A reservation includes 2 executive offices, and a conference room. The reception desk area may be available on weekends as part of the reservation. Rates start from $85 an hour during regular business hours.
Please note art appearing in photos may be different than that of actual art in the space. The space is used to exhibit art and is curated regularly with different works. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. A 2 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. With a maximum of 15 guests. Please note this space is also available for long term lease so we are only booking reservations which are 30 days or less in advance.
The space is also available for month to month lease for $34 per square foot gross.
