How do I sign up?
Review all our plan options and choose a digital mailbox plan that works best for you. You will then need to provide your address and payment information. All plans accept most credit cards. You’ll get your new mailing address right away.
All mailboxes require a USPS Form 1583 which is required by the US Postal Service along with the two necessary forms of ID listed as acceptable on the form. During this process, you may begin sending your mail to your new address or using your address for business. Please note you will not have full access to the system until your USPS 1583 is notarized, uploaded, and accepted.
How does this service work?
You will receive an email or phone notification when mail arrives for your box. Use the free app or go online to your personal digital mailbox to see a picture of the outside of your mail item. With just a tap or click, you can forward your mail and packages to any address, scan mail content to receive a PDF in your digital inbox, discard or shred unwanted mail.
We can consolidate mail items into one package to save on shipping. See our plan pricing pages for cost details on optional services such as content scanning, shredding or check deposit.
Do you accept package deliveries as well as regular mail?
Yes, we accept both mail and packages at all of our locations. Staff will scan the label on a package or the front of a letter and send you an alert, so you can decide how you want them to handle each item.
Do you receive mail and packages from all couriers?
Yes, we accept mail and package deliveries from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon and any other shipping company which delivers to our area. Packages can be dropped off by couriers between 8:30am-6pm Monday through Friday. Please note there may be delays if signature receipt is required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We require monthly payment via credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do I have to purchase new software or hardware?
Our plans do not require additional hardware or software. Simply login to your account online or download the app.
Can a mailbox be used as a home or business address?
All of our addresses can be used for personal or business use. Online business listings will accept our street address.
I only need the service for a short time during my travels; can I sign up just for a month?
Yes, one month is the minimum term. Please note a notarized USPS 1583 will still be required.
Can I pick up my mail in person?
Yes, plans do allow for in-person pick up during mail pick up hours Monday through Friday by appointment. Appointments must be arranged at least one day in advance through the online portal or through the associated app.
Do you open my mail?
All your mail is kept secure and confidential. We open your flat mail only if you specifically request us to scan the contents. We open packages only when you request for us to take a picture of package content in writing or in order to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
What is mail forwarding?
Our mail forwarding service ensures that packages and letters you want are sent to the address of your choice. All instructions must be given through the online portal or the app. You simply choose which items you want to send, where and when you want them sent, and we will forward them to you to any destination in the world with mail service. You may include multiple forwarding addresses on your account.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We prefer to ship documents only internationally. However, for packages, there may be taxes or duty fees involved depending on the contents of the package which will be payable by the receiver in the destination country.
Is the cost of forwarding mail or packages included in the subscription?
No, the cost of shipping is not included. You will be charged to have your items forwarded. You can choose the method of shipment that best meets your budget and timing needs. You can also consolidate mail items into one package to save on shipping. The cost of shipping varies by the size and weight of the package, destination, carrier, and the shipping option you choose (overnight, two-day, ground, etc.).
What is the difference between “shredding” and “recycling”?
All mail which is requested for disposal is discarded intact. However, if there are any documents you wish to discard that contain sensitive information, you have the option of shredding it for an additional charge.
How long is my mail stored?
Your mail is stored for as long as you need it while your account is active. Please note flat mail is stored for free for 30 days. After that time, the system begins accruing storage fees on the item which are added to the monthly charge. Packages may begin to accrue storage fees sooner depending on the size of the package. Further information can be found on each plan's details.
Are there storage limits for scanned contents?
You have access to the scanned content, free of charge, for as long as your account remains active. You can sort scanned content into folders, attach them to emails, download them to your computer, or delete them when they are no longer needed.

All names listed must have verifiable identification. Please note depending on the plan chosen, there may be additional charge for each member added to the account.
I need to set up an account for another person. Can I do this?
You can, but some extra documentation is required by the U.S. Post Office. When setting up an account for another person, you must fill out the postal consent forms for them and yourself and attach a power of attorney, specifying the right to receive mail on their behalf. If you’re receiving mail on behalf of an estate, please attach an executor’s letter as well.
