RATES
Vintage Wing Area
Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm): $125 per hour
Monday to Friday Evenings (5:30pm-8:30pm): $150 per hour
Saturdays, Sundays (8:30am-6:00pm) : $150 per hour
Maximum capacity 20 guests

A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations.
Please note no food or beverages are included with a space reservation. We have an open catering policy so event hosts may order from the caterer or restaurant of their choice. To avoid a $100 cleaning fee, any food waste must be bagged in trash bags prior to the reservation ending time.
The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby via the elevators. The access card will also be needed to open the building front door on weekends.
