Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm): $125 per hour
Monday to Friday Evenings (5:30pm-8:30pm): $150 per hour
Saturdays, Sundays (8:30am-6:00pm) : $150 per hour
Maximum capacity 20 guests

Bottled Water $1 each
A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. Please include any setup and cleanup time you may need into the reservation time requested.
Please note no food or beverages are included with a space reservation. We have an open catering policy so event hosts may order from the caterer or restaurant of their choice. To avoid a $100 cleaning fee, any food waste must be bagged in trash bags prior to the reservation ending time.
The space also has limited elevator access. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby via the elevators. The access card may also be needed to open the building front door on weekends.
There are tenants sharing the space who may walk through the area to access their office.
Please note art appearing in photos may be different than that of actual art in the space. The space is used to exhibit art and is curated regularly with different works. Please note this space is being shared as available so we are only booking reservations which are 30 days or less in advance.
